Here it comes, just in time for the silly season — artists making art based on videogames. German publisher Uber Books has a book forthcoming, Uber Games, featuring videogame paintings, Invader is a game-art gallery show on now in London, and James Barnett’s paintings of videogame scenes are already getting some play around the blogosphere.
Both of these refer, of course, to the classic Nintendo game Duck Hunt (play online).
